RAPUNZEL

Scene 1

Once upon a time, for deep within forest in a hidden tower. Gothel raised the child as her own, her name is Rapunzel.

Gothel             : Rapunzel. . . Rapunzel. . . Let down your hair!

Rapunzel         : Yes, mother.

Gothel                         : (climb up the tower use Rapunzel hair)

                          Ooh. I’m so tired. . .Oh My God! Rapunzel, your hair is so messy! Come here, I will brush your hair.

Rapunzel         : Okay mom (carrying a chair and a comb)

                        ( When Gothel brush Rapunzel hair, they are singing together “Flower gleam and glow, let your power shine. Make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine. What once was mine”)

Rapunzel         : Mom, do you know in every single day I always see a beautiful star in the night. I’m curious, can I see the beautiful stars?

Gothel             : But, every day you always see the stars?

Rapunzel         : No mom, the stars is so weird. The stars always come up from the kingdom. I I want to go there and look closely.

Gothel             : Oh My God. The outside world is a dangerous place. Filled with horrible, selfish people. You must stay here, where you're safe. Instead, I will gift you a telescope to look at the stars. But, I need 3 day for buy it. Are you okay stay in here alone?

Rapunzel         : 3 days? Hmm. . . Okay no problem.

After know her mother will go for 3 days, Rapunzel very excited and she have an idea for go out from the tower to see the beautiful stars closely.

Scene 2

In the kingdom there is a beautiful crown. Because of the beauty, there are 2 people who want steal the crown.

Shoka              : (walk slowly)

Eugene                        : (walk with careless)

Shoka              : Sttt. . .  don’t be noisy!

Eugene                        : Okay. . Okay. . Sorry. . Sorry. . Hehehe

Shoka              : Eugene. .Look this is a crown that everybody always talk. Let us take the crown!

Eugene            : Okay!

Shoka and Eugene success to take the crown. And also Eugene take a symbol of kingdom without Shoka known and put it into bag. After that Shoka and Eugene run to the forest.

Eugene            : Hmm Shoka, I also want to see the crown.

Shoka              : Okay, but be careful to hold this crown. It’s so precious.

Eugene            : (admired the beauty of crown)

                          Shoka. .  Look there is a cat!

Shoka              : Cat! (look at the cat)

Eugene            : Ahah thank for the crown (run and put the crown into bag, then the symbol of kingdom falling down)

Shoka              : (realize Eugene run) Heh! You lie to me, give back the crown to me EUGENE. . . . .

Eugene run into deep forest and also Shoka chase Eugene, but unfortunately she lost Eugene.

Scene 3

When Eugene ran, he find a tower and Eugene try to climb the tower to hide.

Eugene            : Huft. . Finally I got away

Rapunzel         : (walk slowly and hit Eugene with a pan from behind)

Eugene            : (fainting)

Rapunzel         : (take a Eugene bag and tie up Eugene in the chair. See the bag, find a crown and try to ware the crown, hide bag into box)

Eugene            : (wake up) What happen with me? Why I am tied up?

Rapunzel         : Who are you? Why you come to my house?

Eugene            : I’m. .I.m. . Eugene, I was in a situation, gallivanting through the forest. I came across your tower and... Ho, oh no, where is my bag?

Rapunzel         : Do you want your bag? Let make a deal. Do you know about the beautiful stars every night?

Eugene            : Star? You mean the lantern thing they do for the princess?

Rapunzel         : Lanterns... I knew they weren't stars. Well, you will act as my guide, Take me to these lanterns, and return me home safely. Then, when we come back to my home, I will return your bag. Deal?

Eugene            : Let me just get this straight. I take you to see the lanterns. Bring you back home, and you'll give me back my bag? Fine, I'll take you to see the lanterns.

Rapunzel         : Really? Thank you. (unleash)

Eugene and Rapunzel go to see the lanterns without her mother known.

Scene 4

In the forest, when Gothel go to buy telescope, accidentally she see a symbol of kingdom. She curious why the symbol of kingdom in the forest. She remember Rapunzel and run go to the tower.

Gothel             : Rapunzel. . Rapunzel. . Let down your hair!. . .

                          Rapunzel? Let down your hair

                          Rapunzel!

                          (She go into the tower with the door that she hide before)

                          Rapunzel? Where are you? RAPUNZEL!!

                          (When Gothel find a Rapunzel, accidentally she touch a box and see a bag)

                          Oh My God! Rapunzel

Gothel find a Rapunzel in the forest, when Gothel try to find a Rapunzel she meet Shoka.

Shoka              : Hey you! Do you see this guy? (point a poster)

Gothel             : I don’t know. Why?

Shoka              : He stole the crown. And I should catch him and put him into the jail! If you see this guy you should tell me. Okay! Tell me not anybody, only me! (go away)

Gothel             : (grab Shoka hand) Wait. Do you mean this? (show the bag)

Shoka              : Hey! That is Eugene bag, why you have that?

Gothel             : Oh I see, it’s mean Rapunzel with him (whisper) I know you steal this crown with him. If you want this crown, you should help me! If you don’t want to help me I will send you into jail! Understand?

Shoka              : Oh, okay. . For now I will trust you, but if I know you lie to me, instead I will send you to the jail. So what can I do for you? But wait. . wait why I must helping you?

Gothel             : You see, that guy kidnap my daughter and if you help me to bring back my daughter I will give this crown and we put that guy into the jail!

Shoka              : Wow. . That good idea, okay what will we do first?

Gothel             : We should find them and trick that guy

Gothel and Shoka try to find Eugene and Rapunzel. After several hour Shoka and Gothel see them in the forest and spy them.

Scene 5

In the forest, Rapunzel feel tired and they take a rest a minute.

Rapunzel         : Eugene, I’m trusty. Can you bring me a water?

Eugene            : Okay, wait here, I will find a water. Wait! Don’t go anywhere.

When Rapunzel wait a Eugene, Gothel come to Rapunzel

Rapunzel         : Mother? How did you find me?

Gothel             : Oh it was easy really to me find you. Come, let go home Rapunzel

Rapunzel         : No Mom! I've been on this incredible journey. And I've seen and learned so much. I even have a new friend.

Gothel             : Friend? Oh My God, do you think he is your friend? Fine, if you're so sure. Go ahead then give him, THIS! This is why he's here. Don't let him deceive you. Give it to him, watch, you'll see. (walk away)

Rapunzel         : (keep silent)

Eugene            : Hey! Why you look so different? What happen with you?

Rapunzel         : No, I’m fine. Where is my water.

Eugene            : Here!

Rapunzel         : (drink the water)

Eugene            : Okay, let go. We continue our journey to see the lanterns

Eugene and Rapunzel continue they journey, and also Gothel and Shoka still spy them and follow them.

Scene 6

Finally, Rapunzel and Eugene arrive in a market. Suddenly, Rapunzel speechless see the picture of King, Queen and they child.

Eugene            : Rapunzel, you stay here, don’t go anywhere. I will buy a lantern

Rapunzel         : (keep silent, not give a response)

Eugene            : (go to buy lantern)

                           Rapunzel. . Hey Rapunzel (touch Rapunzel soulder)

Rapunzel         : Hah! (surprised)

Eugene            : Why you muse?

Rapunzel         : Who are they? (point a picture)

Eugene            : Oh they are a royal family. But the child was missing. So they put the picture to remember they child.

Rapunzel         : Missing? Ooh.

Eugene            : Come on, let go. This is a time we see the lanterns

Rapunzel and Eugene go to field so that they can see the lanterns closely.

Rapunzel         : Oh, finally I can see the lantern so closely. It’s so beautiful laterns.

Eugene            : Oh yes it’s so beautiful lanterns

Rapunzel         : Thank you Eugene, because of you I can see the lantern. For me, you are my first friend, because I never had a friend before.

Eugene            : Friend? Do you think I’m your friend. Oh okay, your welcome.

They see the lanterns until finish.

Eugene            : Okay, it’s time to go home. Are you happy now?

Rapunzel         : Yes, I’m very happy.

Eugene            : I’m glad do you happy. Oh before I’m forget, here (give a handkerchief) I buy it in the market, for you.

Rapunzel         : For me, thank. I have something for you, too. I should have given it to you before, but I was just scared. And the thing is, I'm not scared anymore. (give Eugene bag)

Eugene            : (surprised) Why you give me this?

Rapunzel         : Because you are my friend and I trust you.

When Eugene get his bag, accidentally Eugene see Shoka.

Eugene            : Rapunzel, you wait here, I’ll be back.

                          (Eugene follow Shoka without Rapunzel known)

                          (Looking for Shoka)

Shoka              : (hit Eugene from behind and grab his bag)

Eugene            : (fainting)

Rapunzel         : (looking for Eugene) Eugene. . Eugene where are you?

Shoka              : Hey beautiful girl, why you alone in here? Give me your money NOW!

Rapunzel         : Eugene. . .eugene. . help me. . .help me. . .

Gothel             : (hit Shoka from behind)

Shoka              : (fainting)

Rapunzel         : Mother (cry and hug Gothel)

Gothel             : Oh my precious girl. Are you okay? Are you alright?

Rapunzel         : Mother, how did you?

Gothel             : I was so worried about you dear. So I followed you and I saw she attack you. Now, let’s go home

Rapunzel         : But, where is Eugene Mom?

Gothel             : Oh dear, I see Eugene go away with his bag. I had tell you before, that he only deceive you Rapunzel. If he true will back, he definitely will help you right know.

Rapunzel         : Oh Mother, you were right. You were right about everything.

Gothel             : I know dear, let go home.

Gothel and Rapunzel back to tower.

Scene 7

When Eugene and Shoka fainting, the kingdom warrior find and catch them, and put them into the jail. Eugene and Shoka wake up and surprised because they are in prison.

Eugene            : Oh My God, where am I?

Shoka              : OH MY GOD, that old lady lie to me! Arrght I’m so angry!

Eugene            : Old lady? Lie? What do you mean?

Shoka              : Cih, the old lady is Rapunzel mother. We make a deal, that if I help she bring back her daughter I will get a crown and send you into jail. But, I’m so dumb that I’m been used by her. And now I’m in the prison with you. Arght!

Eugene            : What? Why you do this to me? In fact  I will give the crown to you, because Rapunzel make me realize that friendship is more important than anything.

Shoka              : Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t know you will give the crown to me. Because I’m so angry with you and the anger make me blind. But I’m feel sorry for Rapunzel, because the old lady locked up her in a tower.

Eugene            : Why you feel sorry?

Shoka              : The old lady told me that she want keep Rapunzel for her own, because the Rapunzel have a beautiful hair. I don’t know why but the old lady is so like and protect that hair.

Eugene            : Oh I know! You help me to get out in this jail, because I want rescue Rapunzel, so that she never in tower again. Do you want to help me Shoka? Please I now you a good person.

Shoka              : Okay I will help you to get out in this jail and you rescue Rapunzel.

Shoka help Eugene to get out in jail. Eugene success get out but Shoka still in the jail, because Shoka realize this time Shoka must face the punishment.

Eugene            : I’m free. Thank you Shoka. Bye bye

Shoka              : Safe the Rapunzel, okay!

Scene 8

In the tower Rapunzel very sad. Crying and remembering Eugene, she just can not believe that Eugene betray her.

Rapunzel         : (crying) Eugene (see the handkerchief bearing the royal)

Gothel             : Oh My God Rapunzel, stop crying. He not a good friend for you.

Rapunzel         : (crying) Eugene

Gothel             : I will make a food for you, so you will stop crying (get out from Rapunzel room)

When Rapunzel see the handkerchief bearing the royal, after several minutes she start remember that she is the lost princess.

Gothel             : Rapunzel, the food is ready (come to Rapunzel room)

Rapunzel         : (mumble) I’m the lost princess

Gothel             : What? Oh, please, speak up, Rapunzel. You know how I hate the mumbling.

Rapunzel         : I’m the lost princess. Aren't I? Did I mumble, Mother? Or should I even call you that?

Gothel             : Oh, Rapunzel, do you even hear yourself? Why would you ask such a ridiculous question? You are my daughter.

Rapunzel         : No! I’m the lost princess

Gothel             : No! You are my daughter

Rapunzel         : Stop lying! I’m the lost princess

Gothel             : Okay. . okay you are the lost princess. But know you are my daughter, can you see your hair beautiful like me.

Rapunzel         : Why you kidnap me? How can?

Gothel             : A long time ago, I lost my daughter, she had a beautiful hair like you. I try to find my daughter, but I can’t find her.

Rapunzel         : Why you kidnap me? How can? (yelling)

Gothel             : Yes, I hear a news that royal family have a child and they child have a beautiful hair like my daughter. So because of that I kidnap you and hidden you until know.

Rapunzel         : Oh my god you so mean. I want go back to my really family (try to escape)

Gothel             : NO! You can’t go anywhere (catch Rapunzel and tie up)

Scene 9

Eugene run as fast as he can to go to the tower. Eugene want to safe Rapunzel so that Rapunzel never life in the tower again and see the world with him.

Eugene            : Rapunzel. . Rapunzel. . .Let down your hair!

                          (climb up with Rapunzel hair)

                          Rapunzel (stumble and hit the floor and his head injured)

Rapunzel         : Eugene! Eugene are you okay?

Eugene            : (mumble)

Rapunzel         : Mom, mom please let me help Eugene. I don’t want Eugene die because he is my only friend. Please mom!

Gothel             : NO!

Rapunzel         : Please mom, after that I promise I will go with you and never try to escape again.

Gothel             : Okay fine! But hurry! (release a tie)

Rapunzel come to Eugene to help him.

Rapunzel         : (cleanse the wound with a handkerchief) Eugene are you okay?

Eugene            : Ra. . pun. .zel (cut Rapunzel hair and fainting)

Rapunzel & Gothel     : OH MY GOD!

Gothel             : (hysterical) Oh No the hair. You. . .you. . .you. . .who are you? You not my daughter. Where is my daughter? WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER? (go outside)

Rapunzel         : (speechless) Eugene, wake up. Please don’t leave me alone. You are my only friend. Please wake up (crying)

While Rapunzel crying and her tears fall right on Eugene wound. Miraculously Eugene wake up.

Rapunzel         : Eugene you still alive

Eugene                        : Yes, because I will never leave my best friend alone again.

Finally Rapunzel back to her real family. Then Rapunzel and Eugene become best friend forever. THE END!

Kecanduan Game Online

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi terutama pada software komputer yang memiliki bentuk aplikasi-aplikasi permainan yang menarik bervariasi terutama permainan yang terhubung secara online melalui dunia maya ini sangat digandrungi, dan memiliki penggemarnya dari mulai anak-anak, remaja sampai orang dewasa. Game online sering kali memberikan rasa penasaran sehingga dibutuhkan berkali-kali dalam bermain, kecenderungan ini mengakibatkan pemainannya terus menerus melanjutkan permainan itu maka timbul kebiasaan dan rasa senang yang berlebihan sehingga terjadi kecanduan atau ketagihan bermain.

Warung Internet merupakan tempat orang mencari informasi dengan cepat sebab terhubungnya jaringan ke seluruh dunia, pelaksanaannya pun berubah fungsi menjadi tempat menghabiskan waktu yang sangat mengasyikan jika digunakan untuk bermain game yang tersedia pada software komputer itu. Game adalah suau media hiburan yang sangat diminati oleh semua orang terutama anak-anak. Game dapat menjadi teman dunia maya bagi anak-anak yang cenderung merasa game lebih mengasyikan ketimbang bermain dengan teman sebaya. Pengaruh psikologis yang sangat dominan pada anak-anak usia belia cenderung dimulai dari tokoh animasi yang dilihat di video game.  

Game Online adalah media hiburan yang sama dengan Game biasa namun dalam hal ini diberikan sistem tambahan berupa komunikasi melalui jaringan internet. Awalnya maksud kedatangan game online ini agar anak – anak yang berada diseluruh pelosok dunia bisa saling berkomunikasi melalui game-game seperti ini. Tapi setelah kita lihat pada kenyataaan mereka malah asik dengan teman dunia maya tanpa menghiraukan lingkungan mereka

Namun pada kasus anak-anak sering kali mereka tidak bisa mengatur waktu ketika bermain game, akibatnya mereka menjadi pemalas, tidak mau belajar dan melalaikan tugas-tugas sekolahnya. Nah pada kasus ini menjadi permasalahan bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Terutama pada anak yang sering main game menjadi anak yang pemalas, suka bolos sekolah, individualistis dan kurang terampil berinteraksi dengan sesamanya di lingkungan masyarakat.

Tinjauan masalah pada aspek-aspek berikut:

1.      Pendidikan

Permainan dunia maya ini memang menjadi tempat berkumpul yang mengasyikan karena terhubung dengan sejumlah orang yang tersebar di seluruh pelosok dunia namun kecenderungan bermain game yang berlebihan membuat anak-anak menjadi pemalas, suka membolos dan lalai terhadap tugas-tugas sekolah. Selain itu anak-anak menjadi sulit berkonsentrasi dalam belajar karena selalu terbayang tokoh-tokoh animasi yang berada pada permainan.

2.      Kesehatan

Anak-anak yang selalu bermain game online di depan monitor komputer seringkali melupakan untuk makan, belajar, dan berolahraga. Sehingga kesehatan mereka terganggu terutama pada sel saraf mata dan otak yang terkena radiasi cahaya pada monitor komputer,  padahal mereka berada pada masa pertumbuhan seharusnya banyak bergerak di lingkungan dengan berbagai akivitas nyata atau olahraga. Maka anak-anak yang kecanduan bermain game terlihat lebih pucat, kurang ceria dan lemas. Tentunya aktivitas di dalam ruangan berbeda dengan aktivitas di lingkungan yang terkena radiasi sinar matahari yang hangat dan banyaknya oksigen, oleh sebab itu anak-anak yang beraktivitas di lingkungan cenderung lebih sehat dan mengalami pertumbuhan dengan baik.

3.      Psikologi

Kebiasaan bermain lewat dunia maya ini menimbulkan efek terhadap diri anak seperti  sikap individualistis, perilakunya menjadi kasar dan agresif karena terpengaruh dengan apa yang dilihat pada game online. Perubahan sikap terhadap ini biasanya terjadi setelah anak terpengaruh dengan game dalam waktu yang lama, seolah-olah anak menjalani kehidupan seperti pada game.

4.      Lingkungan

Pecandu game yang selalu beriteraksi lewat dunia maya merasa terisolir dari teman-teman dan lingkungan kehidupan nyata. Alasannya logis, karena setiap menghabiskan waktu di depan monitor komputer maka pergaulan anak-anak di lingkungan akan terhambat, dan hanya akan akrab jika beriteraksi dengan teman-temanya di dalam game itu sendiri.

5.      Ekonomi

Kecanduan bermain game online yang berlebihan mengakibatkan anak-anak menghamburkan uang sakunya untuk bermain daripada menabung. Hal ini tentunya disayangkan sekali oleh orang tua, anak-anak yang seharusnya belajar tentang menabung dan mengetahui bagaimana sulitnya mencari uang malah menjadi orang yang pemboros.

SOLUSI :

Meskipun tidak semua game online berakibat buruk namun yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah kecanduan anak terhadap game itu sehingga melupakan kewajibannya untuk belajar dan bersekolah.  Anak-anak yang bermain game online akan kehilangan jati dirinya, perubahan karakter pada diri anak itu seolah-olah menjadi tokoh animasi pada game apalagi menjadi anak yang keras, kasar, pendiam, dan sulit berinteraksi/bergaul dengan teman-temannya menjadi hal negatif yang harus segera dicegah serta ditanggulagi.

Adapun solusi yang dapat dicoba dalam permasalahan anak yang kecanduan game sebagai berikut:

1.      Memberikan perhatian yang lebih kepada anak

Hal pertama untuk mencegah atau mengobati anak yang kecanduan bermain game online yakni dengan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada anak anda. Perhatian orang tua sangat diperlukan anak, dan tidak ada anak yang tidak ingin diperhatikan orang tuanya. Perhatian lebih bisa berupa meluangkan waktu anda dengan anak, buatlah anak senyaman mungkin berada dengan anda untuk menjalin komunikasi yang baik. Sehingga perlahan-lahan anda bisa memberikan nasihat dan pengarahan pada anak untuk mengurangi aktivitas bermain game online, semoga dalam waktu yang lama anak bisa melupakan kebiasaan buruk bermain game dalam waktu yang lama.

2.      Memahami kebutuhan anak

Orang tua harus mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan oleh anaknya, tetapi orang tua harus jeli dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anak, jangan sampai menuruti kebutuhan anak namun akhirnya anak anda menjadi seorang yang manja. Sebagai orang tua wajib mendidik anak, dan mendidik disini bukan berarti menuruti dan memanjakannya. Keinginan anak yang sekiranya wajar boleh diikuti tetapi yang berlebihan jangan sampai dituruti. Kebutuhan anak yang paling utama adalah kebutuhan psikologis, sudah sewajarnya orang tua memberikan rasa kasih sayang kepada anak-anaknya sehingga jalinan kasih sayang orang tua dan anak berjalan harmonis.

3.      Membuat jadwal liburan dan rekreasi bersama keluarga

Dalam aktivitas kesehariannya anak akan mengalami kejenuhan, maka orang tua perlu melakukan penyegaran agar aktivitas sehari-harinya bisa berjalan secara optimal. Orang tua perlu membuat jadwal liburan bersama anaknya seperti berenang, pergi ke kebun binatang, atau kemping setiap bulannya atau setelah selesai ujian. Semoga saja dengan liburan ini membuat anak melupakan kebiasaannya bermain game online.

4.      Masuk kedalam dunia anak

Untuk mengetahui permasalahan anak kecanduan game online, orang tua harus masuk ke dalam dunia anak tetapi tidak sepenuhnya. Cukup mengetahui dasar dan inti dalam dunia anak, seperti tahu game apa yang dimainkannya, bagaimana cara memainkannya, dan karakter apa yang disukainya. Dengan demikian anak akan lebih terbuka bercerita kepada anda karena anda sudah dinggap masuk kedalam dunianya, kemudian anda dapat memberikan nasihat disela-sela pembicaraan dan memintanya secara halus untuk berhenti dalam bermain online.

5.      Membuat kesepakatan dengan anak

Buatlah kesepakatan dengan anak anda bahwa ia harus izin / memberitahu anda dimana ia akan bermain game, berapa lama waktu bermain game, dan itu harus sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Jika anak menepati janjinya, maka berikanlah sedikit kejutan agar ia mempertahankan tindakan baiknya. Dan berikanlah sanksi kepada anak jika ia melanggar kesepakatan, misalnya dengan mengurangi uang jajan, atau membatasi kesenangan-kesenangan lainnya. Cara ini bisa anda lakukan kepada anak anda, mungkin dengan kesepakatan lain yang lebih bisa diterima anak anda.
